My Personality
I’ve always had the personality of being an individual who wants to keep on learning new things and interact with different kinds of people around the world and to understand their perspective. The world is filled with diversity and I never want to stop learning.

The recruitment industry
As a college student, I had the opportunity to explore the recruitment industry and how it plays a major role in every organization.
Dec 2018 to Feb 2019
Intern (Mancer Consulting Services, Delhi, India)
Finding, matching and shortlisting the suitable candidates on Naukri Job portal and accomplished in becoming better at screening resumes ;
Called up to 10-15 candidates per day, inquired for referrals and became effective at communicating with the candidates ;
Connected with more than 100 people in the first week on LinkedIn from different employment backgrounds, and refined the networking ability ;
Created calling sheet and candidate database on Excel and improved MS Excel skills

B.Sc in Business Studies and Finance (Bangor University), from MDIS Singapore
I studied 2 years of Bachelors Degree programme from MDIS Singapore. I got the opportunity to work in a global and multicultural environment.
